The Telegraph uses the term "Legitimate Interest" in which to hide the means to opt out of personalised ads and ad tracking.

"Legitimate Interest sounds like "you say no, but we're making it legitimate to track you". So I don't consent but you still have a legitimate right to have relationship with my privacy? How does that work? 🤔"
